industry distilling essential oils, established a Howard
Springs on the outskirts of Darwin. The article outlined
the establishment of the Australian Cypress Oil Company
in Dec 1995, its acquisition of a licence from the Northern
Territory Government, and details the development of the
project, with especial regard to its joint venture agreement
with the Tiwi people.
