Refund Policy

Returns on Us

We offer free returns within 60 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@bluecypress.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Please note, returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
