Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges for eligible items bought from bluecypress.com, as long as they are in new condition with the original tags attached. Returned items must not be washed, worn, or altered.
We offer free returns within 60 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@bluecypress.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Please note that returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@bluecypress.com.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We are required to collect sales tax. Sales tax will be charged in accordance with the state to which your package will be shipped.
